- Enrol you in courses and manage your training

- Issue qualifications and statements of attainment
- Meet government reporting requirements (e.g. NCVER)
- Provide student support and communicate with you
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- A USI is required for nationally recognised training
- We may apply for a USI on your behalf with your permission
- Identification documents are used only for this purpose and then securely destroyed
- Without a USI, we cannot issue your qualification or results
How Your Information is Protected
We store your information:
- In secure systems and locked storage
- With protections against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure
Disclosure of Information
Your information may be shared with:
- Government bodies (e.g. ASQA, NCVER)
- Employers (if they are paying for your training)
- Organisations involved in training, surveys, or research
We will not share your information without your consent unless required by law.

Accessing Your Records
- Submit a Request to Access Records Form
- Provide proof of identity
- Access will be arranged within 10 days
- No fee for access (copying fees may apply)
