Refunds – Key Information
Non-Refundable
- Course fees
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application fees
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You are unable to satisfactorily complete the LLN required assessment prior to commencing the course.
- Adelaide Real Estate Academy cancels the course
- The course (or part of it) cannot be delivered as agreed
This may include situations where:
- The course is discontinued
- A third-party provider is unable to deliver training
- Changes to your agreement cannot be resolved
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a written application using the Refund Form
- Include your reason and any supporting details
What Happens Next?
- Your refund request will be reviewed
- You will receive a written outcome within 28 business days
- If approved, the refund will be paid to the original fee payer
Important Notes
- Refunds are not automatically granted and are assessed on a case-by-case basis
- Decisions will include reasons and any adjustments made
- You have the right to appeal a refund decision through the Complaints & Appeals process
